| Making A Purchase We are only able to despatch to the UK at present. To make a purchase just browse our online shop and click the add to basket button for any items that you wish to purchase. Whe the new page opens click confirm to purchase the item. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. For payment we accept all major credit and debit cards, paypal and cheques. Please note if you wish to pay by cheque, your cheque will need to be received and cleared before your goods are despatched. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. |
| Shipping And Handling We calculate the cost of postage by actual weight of your purchases but due to Royal Mail's new postage system it has become increasingly difficult as the website cannot determine whether your items will fit in a letter, large letter or packet. We have therefore assumed all items will be sent as a first class packet. If your items can be sent as a letter or large letter the postage will be reduced and we will adjust your order and payment accordingly. | Delivery Schedule We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours and all orders are sent by first class post. We try to keep our stock inventory up to date but occassionally an item will be out of stock. We will contact you to let you know and will backorder the item(s) for you unless otherwise requested. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock we will backorder it for you. You will always be emailed/telephoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |
